Why does yogurt upset my stomach but not milk

I'm hoping someone can help me out because I'm really confused. I recently noticed that whenever I eat yogurt, I start to feel really nauseous and have stomach pains. On the other hand, drinking milk doesn't seem to bother me at all. Does anyone have any idea why yogurt would upset my stomach but not milk? Is there something I'm missing? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
