I'm looking for help understanding which lead should be used to monitor a patient in atrial flutter. The options are lead II, V1, V6, or lead 1. Can anyone provide insight into which lead is the best choice? I'd appreciate any advice you could give on this topic. I'm just starting to learn more about cardiac arrhythmias and want to make sure I'm taking the right steps to monitor the patient's heart rate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
