Hello everyone,

I'm looking for advice on which exercise is best for digestion. I'm concerned about my digestion and want to do something to help it. I'm open to any type of exercise, ranging from light walking to more strenuous activities like running or weightlifting. Does anyone have any experience with this or know of any exercises that might be beneficial? I'd really appreciate any suggestions! Thanks.

Aerobic exercise is generally the best type of exercise for improving digestion. Regular aerobic exercise helps to stimulate the muscles of the abdominal wall, which helps to move food through the digestive system. Additionally, regular aerobic exercise can help reduce stress, which can be a cause of digestive issues. Examples of aerobic exercises that are beneficial to digestion include walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling. Adding some strength training exercises to your routine can also be beneficial, as they help to build up the abdominal muscles.
