When should I be worried about allergies

"Hi everyone, I'm a bit worried about my allergies and I'm wondering when I should start to be really concerned? I'm sneezing a lot lately and my eyes are watery and itchy. Should I go to the doctor or is there something I can do to manage my allergies at home? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Allergies can range in severity from a mild, annoying irritation to a life-threatening reaction, so it is important to be aware of when allergies might be more serious.

When to Seek Medical Attention

If you experience any of the following, you should seek medical attention immediately:

- Difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking
- Swelling of your face, tongue, or throat
- Rapid heartbeat
- Dizziness or feeling faint
- Confusion
- Severe itching, hives, or rash

In addition, if you have a known allergy and experience any of the symptoms listed above, you should seek medical attention.
