Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me out with a question I have about autoimmune disorders. I'm wondering what vitamin might help with this condition? Has anyone ever tried taking a specific vitamin to help with autoimmune disorders? If so, what kind of results did you have?

I'm open to any advice or personal experiences that anyone might have in regards to this topic. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
