I'm looking for some help regarding resources that are available to help people who are suffering from depression. Do any of you have any advice or experience in this area? I'm particularly interested in online resources, such as support groups, websites, or apps.

Are there any particular resources that you would recommend to help people manage their depression? How have these resources helped you or someone you know?
