Additionally, elevating the head of the bed can help reduce acid reflux symptoms.

There are a variety of natural remedies that can be used to help reduce the symptoms of acid reflux. These remedies include eating foods that are high in fiber and low in fat, avoiding spicy and acidic foods, eating smaller meals more often, avoiding lying down after eating, and drinking ginger tea. Additionally, drinking aloe vera juice and taking supplements of licorice root and slippery elm can help reduce acid reflux symptoms.
