Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and am hoping to get some advice from the community. I'm trying to better understand what zero empathy is and how it affects relationships. Can anyone tell me what zero empathy is and how it affects the way people interact with each other? Are there any tips or strategies that can help someone with zero empathy to better understand and relate to others? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Zero empathy is a term used to describe a person who has difficulty understanding, connecting with, and responding to the emotions of other people. This lack of empathy can be caused by a variety of factors, including trauma, mental illness, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and even neurological disorders. People with zero empathy may have difficulty identifying and understanding the feelings of others, and may struggle to feel compassion or sympathy for them. They may also be reluctant to participate in relationships or conversations, and may appear disinterested or hostile. This can be very damaging to relationships and can lead to social isolation.
