I am looking for some help understanding the most distinguishing symptom of Aspergers. I am aware that there is a range of symptoms associated with Aspergers, but I am wondering if there is one that stands out as being the most distinctive and unique to the disorder. Does anyone have any insight on this? I would really appreciate any help or advice.
