Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to learn more about hemolytic anemia and have heard about the classic triad associated with it. Does anyone know what it is? What are the three components of the triad? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The classic triad of hemolytic anemia consists of anemia, jaundice, and reticulocytosis. Anemia is a condition where there is a decrease in the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the body. Jaundice is a yellowing of the skin or eyes due to increased levels of bilirubin in the blood. Reticulocytosis is an increase in the number of immature red blood cells in the circulation. Together, these three conditions are often referred to as the classic triad of hemolytic anemia.
