I'm new here and I'm hoping to get some help. I recently heard about this thing called the 3 3 3 rule for anxiety children. I'm curious to know what it is and how it can help children with anxiety. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about it? Does anyone know of any good resources I can look at to find out more about the 3 3 3 rule?
