I'm a Type 2 diabetic trying to make the right food choices, but I'm having trouble understanding what foods I should avoid. Could anyone help me out? What foods are bad for Type 2 diabetics, and what should I stay away from? I'm sure there are some specific foods I should avoid, but I'm not sure which ones.
