I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm hoping someone here can help me. I've recently been feeling some unusual pain near my stomach and I'm worried I might have the start of pancreatitis. Does anyone here have experience with the start of pancreatitis? If so, what did it feel like? Are there any symptoms that I should be aware of? I'm really worried and would appreciate any advice or help that anyone can offer.

The symptoms of pancreatitis vary from person to person, but they usually start with severe abdominal pain in the upper abdomen that can spread to the back. Other common symptoms are nausea, vomiting, fever, and loss of appetite. In some cases, the pain can be so intense that it can be mistaken for a heart attack. If you experience any of these symptoms, you should seek medical help right away.
