Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help. I recently heard the term 'non-malignant' and I'm not sure what it means. Can anyone explain what it means and why it's used? I'd really appreciate any help or advice you can provide.

Non-malignant means not cancerous, or not being caused by cancer. It is used to describe a condition that is not a form of cancer and does not have the potential to become cancerous. Non-malignant conditions are usually not life-threatening, though they can still require medical attention. Examples of non-malignant conditions include asthma, anemia, and some forms of arthritis.
