I'm trying to understand the meaning of the phrase 'good-natured lion' and I could really use some help. Is it an oxymoron? Does it refer to a lion that is friendly and kind? Or does it mean something else? Can anyone provide more insight into what this phrase means?

I'd really appreciate any advice or knowledge anyone has about this phrase.

It is used to describe an animal that is known for its calm and gentle nature. It is often used to refer to a lion that has been tamed and is kept in captivity, but it can also be used to refer to a wild lion that is known to be docile and friendly.
