Drinking plenty of water is the best option for your pancreas. Water helps flush out toxins and can reduce inflammation in the pancreas. Additionally, consuming herbal teas such as chamomile, ginger, or peppermint can help to soothe the pancreas and reduce any discomfort. It's also important to limit your intake of caffeine and alcohol, as these can worsen inflammation and cause further harm to the pancreas. Finally, green tea is a great option since it's high in antioxidants, which can help reduce the risk of pancreatitis.

Drinking plenty of water is the best thing you can do for your pancreas. Other beneficial drinks include herbal teas, such as ginger, chamomile, and dandelion root, as well as fresh vegetable and fruit juices. Avoiding or limiting caffeinated beverages, alcohol, and sugary drinks is recommended, as these can cause inflammation and damage your pancreas over time.
