Hi everyone,

I'm wondering what the top 13 food allergens are and could really use some help. I know that the list includes peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame seeds, but I'm not sure what the other five food allergens are. I'm hoping someone here can provide me with some insight or advice.

Treatment of Food Allergies

The best way to treat a food allergy is to avoid the food that you are allergic to. If you are exposed to the food, your doctor may prescribe medication to help reduce the symptoms.
