Hey everyone! I'm looking for some help and advice on the topic of cancer symptoms. I'm especially interested in learning which symptoms are associated with which types of cancer. Does anyone out there have any knowledge or experience to share? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Symptoms of Cancer

Cancer is a disease caused by the uncontrolled division and growth of abnormal cells in the body. It can affect any part of the body, and symptoms vary depending on the type of cancer. Common cancer symptoms include:

Pain: Cancer can cause pain due to swelling, pressure, or invasion of organs or tissues.

Fatigue: Cancer-related fatigue is the most common and debilitating symptom of cancer, affecting nearly all people with cancer.

Weight Loss: Unexplained weight loss of 10 pounds or more can be an indication of cancer.

Fever: A fever may be a sign of infection or cancer.

Skin Changes: Changes in the skin, such as discoloration, new growths, sores, or changes in existing moles, can be a sign of cancer.

Coughing: A new or persistent cough can be a sign of lung cancer.

Difficulty Swallowing: Difficulty swallowing can be a sign of throat or esophageal cancer.

Blood in the Urine: Blood in the urine can be a sign of bladder or kidney cancer.

Abnormal Bleeding: Abnormal bleeding, such as blood in the stool or from the vagina, can be a sign of cancer.

If you experience any of these symptoms, it is important to see a doctor. While these symptoms can be signs of cancer, they can also be caused by other conditions. A doctor can diagnose the cause of the symptoms and recommend treatment.
