What are the signs of digestive problems

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to get some help with digestive problems. I'm really not sure what the signs are that I'm experiencing digestive issues. I know that I've been having some stomach pain and bloating, but I'm not sure if that's normal or if it's something more serious. Are there any other symptoms that could indicate digestive problems? Are there any other things I should be looking out for? Any advice would be much appreciated.
