I'm struggling with anxiety and I'm trying to figure out what are the biggest signs of anxiety that I should look out for. I know feeling overwhelmed, fear, and worry are some of the signs, but I'm sure there are others. Can anyone please help me out here and tell me what the biggest signs of anxiety are? I'm really hoping to find some solutions to help me manage my anxiety better and any help would be greatly appreciated.

The biggest signs of anxiety can vary from person to person, but some common signs include feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty concentrating, feeling constantly tense, having trouble sleeping, having difficulty controlling worry, and avoiding situations that make you anxious. Physical symptoms can also occur, such as increased heart rate, sweating, shaking, and shortness of breath. Finally, some people may also experience digestive issues, headaches, or fatigue. If you are experiencing any of these signs, it is important to seek professional help.
