I'm trying to learn more about the big three psychopaths and I'm a bit stuck. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience they can share? I've heard that the three main psychopaths are narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy, but I'm not sure what they all mean. Can anyone explain it to me? Any help would be much appreciated.

The three big psychopathic traits are:

Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD)

Antisocial personality disorder is a mental disorder characterized by a lack of empathy and disregard for the feelings and rights of others. People with this disorder often lack remorse or guilt for their actions and may be prone to criminal behavior.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental disorder characterized by a grandiose sense of self-importance, a need for admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. People with NPD may be highly sensitive to criticism and may exhibit extreme behaviors in order to maintain their sense of superiority.

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

Borderline personality disorder is a mental disorder characterized by unstable moods, behavior, and relationships. People with BPD often experience intense fear and anger, difficulty controlling emotions, and difficulty regulating their own thoughts and behavior. They may also engage in risky behavior and have difficulty maintaining healthy relationships.
