I'm looking for some advice and tips on the best times for the body to burn fat. I'm trying to create a healthy lifestyle and I'm curious to learn what times are optimal for burning fat. I'm aware of the importance of a balanced diet and regular exercise, but any advice on the best times to do this would be greatly appreciated.
