Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some help. I've recently been trying to make healthier choices when it comes to snacks and want to know what the best sensible snacks are. As far as I'm aware, there are supposed to be 7 of them, but I'm having trouble finding what exactly they are.

Can anyone help me out? What are the 7 sensible snacks? I'd really appreciate it if someone could provide some insight or advice on this topic.
