I'm looking for some help understanding the 6 principles of nutrition. I'm a student studying nutrition and I'm having difficulty understanding the 6 principles and how they apply to a healthy diet. Does anyone have any advice or tips they can share with me about the 6 principles of nutrition? I'd really appreciate any help or advice anyone can provide.
