Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some advice and help understanding the 4 types of coping strategies. I'm trying to figure out how to better manage stress and anxiety in my life, but I'm not sure what the 4 types of coping strategies are. Can anyone explain or provide resources that might help me learn more about this topic? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
