I'm looking for some help understanding what the 4 most important workouts are. I'm new to exercise and fitness, and I'm having trouble figuring out which exercises are the most important for me to focus on. Are there 4 that are essential for a well-rounded fitness routine? Or does it depend on the individual? Any advice or suggestions from experienced fitness enthusiasts would be greatly appreciated.

The four most important workouts depend on your individual fitness goals. If your goal is to build muscle, a resistance program featuring exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and rows should form the basis of your program. If your goal is to become more flexible and improve your posture, yoga and stretching are essential. For cardiovascular health, a combination of aerobic and interval training is highly recommended. Finally, if you want to improve your balance and coordination, Pilates and Tai Chi can be beneficial.
