Hello all,
I'm looking for some help understanding the benefits of long term physical activity. I'm aware of some of the immediate benefits, such as improved fitness and weight loss, but what are the long term benefits of continuing to participate in physical activities? Could someone explain to me what the five major benefits are? I would really appreciate any input.
