I'm looking for some help understanding what the five main risk factors for disease are. I know some of them, such as smoking, but I'd like to know the full list. Has anyone encountered this before, and if so, could you please share your knowledge? I'm interested to learn more about the risks of various diseases, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are several risk factors for disease. These include lifestyle factors such as smoking, poor diet, lack of physical activity, and alcohol consumption. Additionally, environmental factors like air pollution, water contamination, and exposure to toxic substances can increase the risk of disease. Other risk factors include genetic predisposition, age, gender, and certain medical conditions. Finally, socio-economic factors, such as poverty, lack of access to healthcare, and living in areas with limited access to healthy food, can also increase the risk of disease.
