What age group does adenovirus affect

I'm looking for help understanding the age group that adenovirus affects. I'm not sure if it can affect people of all ages, or if it's more commonly found in certain age groups. I'm wondering if anyone can help me answer this question or point me in the right direction of where I can find information about it.

Adenoviruses affect people of all ages, but they are particularly common in children.

Children
Adenoviruses are most commonly seen in children, especially those who are in daycare or have recently been in contact with other children who may have been exposed to the virus. Symptoms in children may include fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, and sometimes conjunctivitis (pink eye).

Adults
Adenoviruses can also affect adults, especially those who have weakened immune systems due to age or illness. Symptoms in adults may include fever, sore throat, runny nose, and cough. They may also experience gastrointestinal issues, such as diarrhea and vomiting. In some cases, adults may experience more serious complications, such as pneumonia, bronchitis, and sinus infections.

Adenoviruses affect people of all ages, however, they tend to affect certain age groups more than others. Infants and young children are particularly at risk, as their immune systems have not yet fully developed. Infants are also more likely to come into contact with other children who may be carriers of the virus. In addition, older adults are also at risk of developing adenovirus infections, as their immune systems tend to be weaker than those of younger adults. Furthermore, people with weakened immune systems, such as those with HIV or cancer, are also more susceptible to adenovirus infections.

Adenovirus mainly affects children and young adults. The most common symptoms are fever, sore throat, and conjunctivitis ("pink eye"). It can also cause diarrhea, stomach pain, rash, and swollen lymph nodes. In infants and young children, adenovirus can cause bronchiolitis or a severe pneumonia that requires hospitalization. In older adults, adenovirus can cause severe urinary tract and respiratory infections, which can be deadly. Immunocompromised individuals, such as those with HIV/AIDS, are also at an increased risk of severe and potentially life-threatening infections.

Adenoviruses can affect people of all ages, but are more likely to cause severe illness in children than in adults. In infants and young children, adenoviruses most commonly cause respiratory illnesses, such as croup, bronchitis, and pneumonia. In older children and adults, adenoviruses can cause a variety of illnesses ranging from mild upper respiratory infections to more serious illnesses such as urinary tract infections, conjunctivitis (pink eye), gastroenteritis (stomach flu), and even inflammation of the heart (myocarditis).

Adenoviruses are also a common cause of respiratory illness in soldiers, especially those in close living quarters such as dormitories or barracks. In rare cases, adenoviruses can cause more serious illnesses such as meningitis, encephalitis, and hepatitis.

In addition to causing respiratory and other illnesses, adenoviruses can also cause conjunctivitis, a common eye infection that is usually spread through contact with contaminated surfaces. Conjunctivitis can affect people of all ages, but is most common in young children.

Adenoviruses generally affect children and young adults. Symptoms can range from mild to severe and can include fever, sore throat, conjunctivitis, and diarrhea. In some cases, more serious illnesses such as pneumonia, bronchitis, and even meningitis can occur. Additionally, some adenoviruses have been linked to inflammation of the heart, bladder, and intestines, as well as neurological diseases. In rare instances, adenoviruses can cause death, particularly in individuals with weakened immune systems.

Adenoviruses typically affect children, but can also be contracted by adults. Symptoms in children may range from mild to severe, including conjunctivitis, fever, sore throat, diarrhea, and respiratory issues. In adults, adenoviruses may cause respiratory, eye, and gastrointestinal illnesses. Severe cases of adenovirus can lead to pneumonia and other serious complications.
