Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to get some help and advice from the experienced members of this forum. I'm curious to know, how much fat is there in our body? I know that fat is important for energy and other bodily functions, but I'm not sure how much is too much or how much is too little. Does anyone have any insight on what the ideal amount of fat should be? I'm hoping to get some advice on how to better manage my fat intake and what I can do to achieve an ideal balance.
