I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, and I'm wondering how many rest days I should be taking each week. I'm a full-time student, and I'm constantly busy with studying, work, and other activities. I want to make sure I'm taking care of my mental and physical health, but I'm not sure how many days I should be giving myself off from all the stress and responsibilities.
