I'm not sure if I'm a bulimic and I'm feeling really overwhelmed. I've been binging and purging for a while now and it's starting to take a toll on me. I'm feeling ashamed and like I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice or know how I can tell if I'm really bulimic? I'm really scared and would appreciate any help or advice. Thank you.

If you are concerned that you may have signs of bulimia, there are a few key things to look out for. Firstly, have you been regularly engaging in self-induced vomiting or laxative misuse? Have you been frequently fasting or engaging in extreme dieting? Have you been feeling guilty or ashamed after eating? Have you been obsessing about food or your body shape? Do you feel out of control around food? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, it is possible that you may have signs of bulimia and should seek professional help.
