One of the first signs that you may need mental help is if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Anxiety – Experiencing fear, worry, or panic that is out of proportion to the situation.
Stress – Having difficulty managing one’s emotions, often leading to feelings of frustration, irritability, and anger.
Trauma – Struggling with painful memories or flashbacks of a traumatic event.
Substance Abuse – Struggling with an addiction to alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
Self-Harm – Engaging in behavior that is physically or emotionally dangerous, such as cutting or burning oneself.
Eating Disorders – Having an unhealthy relationship with food, such as having an extreme fear of gaining weight or an obsession with losing weight.
