I'm a parent and I'm wondering if kids really need to snack all day or if that's unnecessary. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? I'm looking for ways to make sure my child is getting enough nutrition but I don't want them to be eating too much. Are snacks necessary throughout the day or can they just eat meals? What strategies have other parents used to make sure their kids are eating healthy and getting enough nutrition? Any advice would be appreciated.
