I'm trying to make sure I'm getting enough of my 5 a day but I'm not sure if bananas count. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on this topic? I know they're a good source of vitamins and minerals but I'm not sure if they would contribute to the 5 a day target. I'm also interested to know if there are any other types of fruit or vegetables that don't count towards the 5 a day target. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice would be much appreciated.
