Can anyone help me understand if the liver can repair itself after years of drinking? I'm concerned because I have a family history of heavy drinking and I'm worried that it's having a damaging effect on my liver. I'd really appreciate advice from anyone who has experience with this issue. Has anyone here had success with repairing their liver after years of drinking? What did you do to help it heal? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
