Hi everyone,
I'm struggling with anxiety and depression and am looking for help. I've heard that getting enough sleep can help alleviate the symptoms of both conditions, but I'm not sure if it's true. Does anyone have experience with this? Are there any tips or strategies that have helped you manage your anxiety and depression through sleep? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
