Will a psychopath ever change

I'm looking for advice and help from other forum users. Is it possible for a psychopath to change? I've heard that this type of personality disorder can't be cured, but I'm wondering if there is any hope for those struggling with it. Have any of you had personal experience with trying to help someone with a psychopathic personality? What strategies have you found to be effective in helping them make positive changes in their lives? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
