"I'm having such a hard time trying to figure out why my mood is so unstable. For the past few weeks I've been feeling really down and discouraged, but then out of nowhere I'll get really excited and energetic. I'm usually a pretty laid back and optimistic person, so this change in my mood is really confusing me. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there something I can do to help stabilize my mood? I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions from other forum users.
