Hello, everyone! I'm looking for some advice about why exercise is wise. I'm a relatively active person and I do my best to set aside time for physical activity, but I'm curious to know if there is any scientific evidence that proves that exercise is beneficial for our overall health and wellbeing. Does anyone have any insight into this? Any advice, research, or personal experiences that you can share would be greatly appreciated.
