Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some help. I'm trying to understand why exercise is so important and I'm not sure where to start. I'm interested in learning about the physical and mental benefits of exercise, as well as any tips or advice on how to make exercise part of my daily routine. Can anyone help me out?
