"Hi everyone,

I'm really struggling to understand why I can't seem to feel empathy or sympathy for others. I'm not a heartless person, but for some reason I just can't seem to relate to people's experiences or feel compassion for them. It's really starting to worry me and I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has been through a similar experience.
