Mental illness is a complex and multi-faceted issue, and it is important to remember that no two individuals will experience it the same way. It is essential to take the time to reflect on how you have been feeling and thinking, and explore any changes in your mood or behaviour. If you have been feeling persistently low, anxious, or have noticed a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, these could be signs of mental illness. It is important to seek professional help if your symptoms are affecting your day-to-day life, or if you have feelings of hopelessness or suicidal thoughts. Remember, you are not alone and help is available.

Query: I feel like I'm going crazy and can't control my emotions.

It is understandable to feel overwhelmed when your emotions seem to be out of control. If you feel like you are struggling, it is important to seek help from a medical professional. A mental health professional can provide you with the support and guidance needed to better manage your emotions. They can help you identify which feelings are normal and which are a sign of a mental health issue. It is also helpful to practice self-care such as getting enough rest, eating healthy, engaging in physical activity, and finding time for self-reflection. In addition, talking to friends and family can be a great support system. Remember, you are not alone.
