Why do I sweat so easily

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I seem to sweat a lot more than most people, and I'm not sure why. I'm not exercising, I'm in a normal room temperature, and I'm not particularly stressed out. I don't have any health problems as far as I know. Does anyone else have this issue, and if so, what have you done to help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
