Why do I have no desire to be social

I'm struggling with no desire to be social and I'm really not sure why. I've always been a shy person, but it's never stopped me from going out and having fun with friends. Lately, however, I've been feeling really unmotivated to do anything social. Does anyone have any advice on how to get back into the swing of things? I want to be able to enjoy social activities again, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Any help would be appreciated.
