I'm having trouble sleeping because of fear and I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice for me? I'm feeling so anxious and scared all the time and it's really starting to affect my sleep. I'm having a hard time relaxing and getting comfortable enough to fall asleep. I don't know if it's something I'm doing wrong or if there is something else I can do to help me. I'm desperate for help and would really appreciate any advice that anyone has to offer.
