Why am I socially isolating myself

I'm feeling really confused and overwhelmed lately. I've been avoiding social interactions and isolating myself from friends and family, even though I know it's not healthy. I'm not sure why I'm doing this or what to do about it. Does anyone else feel like this? Can anyone help me understand why I'm doing this and how I can move past it? I would really appreciate any advice or support.
