I'm looking for some help and advice from other forum users who suffer from allergies. Which month do you think is the worst for allergies? For me, I find that spring is the worst month because of all the pollen in the air. But I'm curious to hear what others have experienced. Does anyone have any tips on how to manage allergies during this time of year? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Allergy Season Overview

Allergy season typically begins in the spring, when plants release pollen into the air. This triggers hay fever and other allergic reactions in many people. The severity of allergy symptoms can vary greatly from person to person and from year to year.

Pollen is a powdery substance released by plants to fertilize other plants. It can cause allergic reactions in some people, leading to symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes.

Worst Month for Allergies

The month that is worst for allergies will vary from person to person and from region to region. However, in general, spring is the worst season for allergies. This is because many plants release their pollen at this time of year.

In the northern hemisphere, pollen season usually starts in March and lasts through June. During this time, people may experience symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes.

In the southern hemisphere, the pollen season usually starts in September and lasts through December. People may experience similar symptoms during this time.
