Which is more accurate amylase or lipase

I'm trying to figure out which test is more accurate for diagnosing medical conditions, amylase or lipase? I've read that amylase is used to diagnose pancreatitis, while lipase is used to diagnose gallbladder problems. I'm not sure which one is more accurate or reliable. Does anyone have any experience with these tests or know which one is more accurate? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

Subtitle: Amylase vs. Lipase

Amylase is an enzyme that breaks down complex carbohydrates into simple sugars, such as glucose and maltose. It is found in saliva, pancreatic secretions, and the intestine. Amylase is more accurate for the breakdown of complex carbohydrates than lipase.

Lipase is an enzyme that breaks down fats into fatty acids and glycerol. It is found in the pancreas, small intestine, and other tissues. Lipase is more accurate for the breakdown of fats than amylase.
