Hello everyone!
I'm hoping to get some help here. I'm trying to understand more about which hormones are responsible for burning fat. I've heard of hormones like cortisol and insulin being linked to fat burning, but I'm not sure if there are others. Does anyone have any more information they can share about this? Are there any other hormones that are involved in fat burning? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
